The President leads and presides over all PTO meetings, coordinates the work of officers and committees, and serves as the driving force behind the organization's goals. Works closely with the school principal and acts as an ex-officio member of all committees except Nominating.

The Treasurer manages all PTO finances, including collecting and depositing funds, maintaining accurate financial records, and presenting budget reports at meetings. Ensures the organization stays on track financially and handles required tax filings.

The Secretary records and distributes meeting minutes, publishes notices, and maintains membership rolls. Also leads the annual membership drive and ensures membership policies remain inclusive and up to date.

Plans and organizes appreciation activities all year, including quarterly teacher luncheons and our fall Donuts with a Grownup and spring Muffins in the Morning events.

Plans and oversees all special projects and celebrations for our 5th graders, giving them a memorable send-off that honors their time at Kreinhop.

Recruits and schedules volunteers to assist teachers with weekly tasks like cutting, stapling, and other classroom prep work that helps our teachers focus on what they do best.
